Katie Wilson
Motherhood Coach
Hi, I’m Katie: a motherhood coach, qualified social worker, and mum of two.
I support mothers who are stuck in survival mode to reconnect with themselves, feel more empowered in their parenting, and stop putting their own needs at the bottom of the list. Through warm, evidence-informed coaching, I help you get back in touch with who you are, not just the mother, but the whole person.
With a background in frontline social work, I’ve spent years walking alongside families through moments of crisis and change. That experience taught me how powerful it is to simply be heard, supported, and reminded that you matter. I bring that same level of presence and compassion into my coaching, along with a practical, empowering approach to change - including a firm talking-to if this seems what you need at the time!
I became a coach after my own experience of motherhood, raising two children two years apart and realizing how common yet unspoken so many of our challenges really are. Motherhood can be
isolating, overwhelming, and heavy with expectations. But it can also be a doorway into deep transformation if we’re given the space to grow through it, not just survive it.
My mission is to help end the myth that “good” mothers should be self-sacrificing to the point of invisibility. I want you to feel proud of the parent you are and forgiving of your struggles. This is one of the hardest jobs in the world, and you are human. The more whole you feel, the more capacity you have to parent with presence, patience, and love.
Through a mix of 1:1 support, group coaching, community, and self-paced resources, I guide you through the process of reclaiming your identity, strengthening your support systems, and setting boundaries that protect your energy and wellbeing.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore, and you never should have had to in the first place.
